We are currently licensed to serve patients in Florida. We are actively working to expand to additional states — join our waitlist to be notified when we launch in your state.
Our telehealth programs are self-pay. This allows us to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions of insurance networks. We can provide superbills for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement.
After your consultation and prescription approval, most patients receive their first shipment within 5–7 business days. Rush options may be available depending on your pharmacy.
Some programs can be handled entirely through our secure patient portal via intake forms and messaging. Others may require a brief video consultation. Your provider will advise on what's appropriate for your needs.
Protocol adjustments are included as part of your ongoing care. You can message your provider directly, and adjustments are typically addressed within 24–48 hours.
