Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Terms of Sale

All sales made through Beauty Refined, LLC (beautyrefined.us or affiliated ordering platforms) are subject to product and service availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Correct any errors in pricing, listing, or stock status.

  • Cancel or modify orders with incomplete or inaccurate information.

If an order is cancelled after payment, only the affected portion of the transaction will be refunded.

Product prices, offers, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Medical & Prescription Products

All compounded medications, prescription products, peptide therapies, and injectables are custom-prepared per individual prescription and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or resold under federal law (FDA 21 CFR §205.50).

Once a prescription has been dispensed, prepared, or shipped, no refund, return, or exchange will be issued — regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.

Beauty Refined, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages once verified as shipped by the compounding pharmacy, supplier, or carrier. Please confirm your shipping details carefully before checkout.

3. Skincare & Retail Products

All skincare and over-the-counter retail items purchased in-clinic or online are final sale to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.

Exceptions may be considered only for verified manufacturer defects or damage during shipping, reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photos for review.

4. Services and Treatments

All service deposits, consultation fees, and treatment payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling or cancellation must comply with the clinic’s Cancellation Policy.

If a patient fails to appear, arrives late beyond the grace period, or chooses not to complete a prepaid service, the payment or deposit will be forfeited.

There are no guarantees of specific results for any medical or aesthetic treatment. Individual outcomes vary based on physiology, compliance, and lifestyle factors.

5. Payment Processing and Authorization

We accept secure payments through PayPal and Authorize.Net, our trusted third-party payment processors.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Beauty Refined, LLC to charge the full transaction amount using your selected payment method.

Your payment is processed directly through these platforms — Beauty Refined, LLC does not store or have access to your full card details.
By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of PayPal and Authorize.Net.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Your payment information is accurate and current.

  • Any fees, overdrafts, or declined payment charges issued by your bank or provider are your responsibility.

Beauty Refined, LLC is not liable for payment delays, declines, or processing errors caused by your financial institution or payment provider.

All personal and payment data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and maintained under HIPAA-compliant security standards.

6. Taxes and Shipping

Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required by law.
Shipping timelines are typically 3–5 business days within the U.S., but delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and inventory status.

Once the carrier accepts the package, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

7. Customer Concerns

Beauty Refined, LLC is committed to professionalism and fairness.
Although all sales are final, we aim to review and address any customer concerns in good faith.

To report a defective product or delivery issue, please email beautyrefined9@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

8. Termination of Services

Beauty Refined, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to online ordering or clinic services at any time for misuse, fraud, or violation of policies.
Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will remain in effect after termination.

After termination, we have no obligation to retain or provide any personal information except as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

9. Summary Statement

All purchases from Beauty Refined, LLC — including treatments, compounded medications, skincare, and retail items — are final sale and non-refundable.
