Do I have to be an existing patient to use telehealth?
No. New patients are welcome via telehealth. You'll complete a comprehensive intake form and Amber will review your health history before your consultation. No prior relationship with our clinic is required.
What states do you currently serve?
100% online. Complete your intake, consult with Amber, and receive your prescription shipped directly to your door.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay practice. This means no insurance gatekeeping, no surprise bills, and transparent pricing. We can provide a superbill for potential HSA or FSA reimbursement upon request.
How fast will I receive my medication?
Most prescriptions are reviewed and sent within 48 hours of completing your intake. After the prescription is sent to our compounding pharmacy, medications typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipments are discreet with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Is a video call required?
Not always. Many programs can be managed asynchronously — Amber reviews your intake and communicates via your secure patient portal. For hormone therapy and some other programs, a brief video consultation is preferred to ensure the protocol is right for you.
Can I combine telehealth wellness with in-person aesthetics?
Absolutely — and many patients do. You can manage your GLP-1 program, hormone protocol, or peptide stack entirely online while visiting our Orlando clinic for neurotoxins, fillers, or PDO threadlifts. It's the most complete approach to looking and feeling your best.
